Service Dog Registration

Registering your service dog with Assistance Dog Partners gives you access to an official identification card and 24/7 entry into our Service Dog Registry. Your ID card will include your unique registration number, allowing third parties to verify your service dog’s information anytime, anywhere.

While Service Dog ID cards and certificates are valuable tools for identifying your service animal, please note that obtaining registration and certification is optional and does not grant legal rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). These documents are intended for convenience and clarity in public interactions.
